  • Project Cancellation: For project-based work, clients must notify us within 14 days of project initiation for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur costs based on the work completed.

Refund Policy

  • Service Refunds: For ongoing services, refunds will be pro-rated based on the unused portion of the service term, provided the cancellation notice is given in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  • Project Refunds: If a project is canceled within the stipulated 14-day period, a full refund will be issued. Post this period, any refund will be at the discretion of Navpatra Solutions Private Limited, considering the extent of work already invested.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable due to their nature. These include:

  • Paid advertising fees
  • Third-party service fees
  • Domain registration and hosting services

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
